Måneskin’s Manager Fabrizio Ferraguzzo Becomes Member of the Recording Academy

Known in the music industry for managing Måneskin, Fabrizio Ferraguzzo is now a member of the Recording Academy, the jury that awards the Grammy Awards every year. The 2024 edition of the event will take place on Feb. 4, with live performances of Dua Lipa, Billie Eilish and Olivia Rodrigo.
Fabrizio Ferraguzzo is the fourth Italian ever (Tiziano Ferro is also a member of the Recording Academy, for example) to get such a prestigious recognition. That testifies his increasingly international career. The Recording Academy is the only organization that includes only music creators and represents the voice of performers, authors, producers and all other professionals in the musical field at the Grammys.

Ferraguzzo started his career in discography as producer and A&R manager at Sony Music Italy. Later, he would also become music director at The X Factor Italy. He’s been involved in Måneskin’s project since the beginning, contributing to make them the most successful Italian act today.
Overall, he has collected over 400 certifications (gold and platinum) and 19 diamond records. In 2021 Fabrizio Ferraguzzo founded Exit Music Management, the management company that represents Måneskin. In 2020 he was among the founders Stardust, a creative media company operating in the sector of influencer marketing.
