Shesaid.so: annunciati i nomi della Alternative Power 100 Music List 2019

L’organizzazione shesaid.so, che da anni si dedica all’empowerment delle donne nel mondo dell’industria musicale, ha reso noti i nomi della sua Alternative Power 100 Music List 2019, il palmarès delle personalità più meritevoli (perlopiù del del mondo indipendente) che stila annualmente dal 2017. Gli honorees sono stati invitati dalla AIM – Association of Independent Music alla conferenza che si tiene oggi a Londra. Il tema di questa edizione è “comunità”: sono state premiate le persone e le organizzazioni che danno un contributo positivo alla comunità musicale. Fra i nomi, salta all’occhio quello dell’italiana Nur Al Habash, fondatrice di Italia Music Export.

La Alternative Power 100 Music List è nata nel 2017 come risposta alla Power 100 List di Billboard USA, con lo scopo di dare una visione diversa degli standard convenzionali dell’industria. Nel corso degli anni ha dato visibilità a comunità in genere sottorappresentate come donne, persone di colore, disabili, provenienti da paesi in via di sviluppo, LGBT e così via.
